Following the announcement by the Japanese government on April 7th of a declaration of a state of emergency, we immediately instigated a work from home policy, and intend to continue this until May 6th as advised by the government, at which time we will review the situation.
The health and safety of our employees and clients remain our top priority.
Through our hard working team, we will endeavor to provide a ‘Business as usual’ service and support for our clients, though we ask for your understanding when physical paperwork is a little slower than usual, as we will be limiting our time in the office to a minimum.
Rest assured Payroll and payments services will be a top priority and we have measures in place to meet our client’s usual schedules.
We will still be available between the hours of 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, please email us and we will get back to you ASAP.
For more information in English on government aid and measures our clients and Japanese SMEs can avail of, please visit our special landing page we set up to help explain the aid conditions available in English: Information on C-19 loans, grants and aid for businesses in Japan
If you would like more information about the current situation in Japan, visit the JNTO coronavirus information page or the Tokyo Metropolitan Government page.
We hope everyone can stay safe and healthy during this difficult time.
